This course begins with establishing the foundation of ethics and ethical theory.  The course will guide students to understand and application of ethics guides students into the field of leadership by identifying the principles of ethical leadership. The intended outcome of the course is to train, inform and develop students to utilize ethical leadership principles in leading organizations as well as life.
