Each School at Patten University has a distinct Academic Calendar.​

School of Management

The School of Management utilizes a flexible, overlapping term-based structure in its degree programs. Students may enroll in a term at the beginning of each month. Each term is 16 weeks in length, although students have access to course materials and faculty during the week after the course ends. Students may enroll in one to four courses per term (3 to 12 semester credits). Students have access to all course materials and faculty during the week after the term ends.

University Hours of Operation

Student and Faculty Support

Support services are available online via the LMS, email, or phone during the following hours:

 

  • Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)

 

Administrative Office Hours for BPPE Inspection

While Patten University maintains regular hours and operations, in accordance with BPPE requirements for unannounced inspections, Patten University will maintain limited on-site administrative office hours specifically for the purpose of hosting a BPPE inspection. For the 2026 calendar year, the designated on-site office hours will be:

 

  • February 9–10, 2026: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • August 17-18, 2026: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)

 

These administrative office hours are solely for the purposes of hosting a BPPE unannounced inspection.
