Patten University is a private, non-profit university affiliated with the Patten Educational Foundation (“PEF”) and accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission. The university was previously named American Graduate University, and is separate from the defunct institution named “Patten University” founded by PEF.

Veterans’ Education Benefits
Currently-enrolled Patten students may be eligible to receive tuition-based financial assistance from the Federal Government, including the DOD and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Patten offers an interest-free per course tuition payment plan. New students are not eligible for these programs.
