This course seeks to bridge the gap in qualified professionals that can identify process improvement opportunities (waste, safety concerns, errors and inefficiencies) in daily work and lead improvement efforts at the individual unit level. This course focuses on providing training to develop and empower staff to continuously improve in alignment with those organizations that seek to be highly reliable organizations.
