This course serves as an introduction to professional coaching from a Christian perspective with special attention given to coaching theories, practice, skills, and various coaching specialties.  Topics discussed include critical roles and responsibilities of a coach, and examination of highly successful and impactful coaches, professionalism and effective communication and motivation in coaching and strategies to enhance self-confidence among team members.
