Course Description

The course Global Strategic Leadership is designed to introduce the student to organizational leadership principles, systems theory and models, entrepreneurial concepts including start-up strategies, team building, planning, and marketing. Additionally, the course will introduce international (global) management, leadership, and business concepts. Systems models and other emerging management paradigms are emphasized for use in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems in organizations and businesses. Methods of style, planning and motivation are studied to prepare the student for use in organizational, ministry and business settings including managing a multicultural organization, negotiating changing environments, and cultural-contextual influences.
