The Associate of Arts Degree
The A.A. degree program is recommended for students who plan to further their education in a vocational field or a four-year degree program. The program includes courses in General Studies.
Students completing requirements for the Associate of Arts degree may decide to enroll in and have their credits transferred to B.A. or B.S. degree programs at Patten or other four-year colleges and universities. Earning an Associate of Arts degree at Patten University does not automatically qualify a student for admission to another college or university. As early as possible, students should contact the Admissions and Registrar’s Offices of the undergraduate institutions to which they wish to transfer credits about admission requirements and course work that would transfer into their chosen programs.
