Patten University, in the San Francisco East Bay, California USA,has a longstanding tradition of welcoming international students to its campus.  Each year, we welcome new international students from numerous countries and territories.  Patten University offers both bachelor's and master's degree programs.

The Office of International Services has several professional staff members who are committed to excellence in serving student needs.  From helping students make their first big step in studying in the United States through admissions, to guiding students in areas of immigration and work opportunities and into gaining professional experience after they graduate.  We are dedicated to giving personal assistance to every student who comes to Patten University.

Intensive English Summer Program (IEP)
              
The Intensive English Programs are part of Patten University's International Program.  Students from all over the world have come to the IEP to study English.  The IEP offers certificates to students who have successfully completed the program.

The IEP offers:

  • Small classes
  • Committed, experienced faculty with MA or PhD
  • Instruction in reading, writing, communication and grammar
  • American culture and conversation

Students may study in the IEP to prepare for undergraduate classes, Master's degree classes in Education (MA Ed), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Bilingual Education, and Organizational Management.
