Sam returns for her
senior year as the quiet leader of the team. She leads by example and is an outstanding outfielder with
a great arm. Sam is a great
clutch hitter that hits the ball to all fields. She had the highest batting average on the 2006 team. Sam has a long list of high school and
community college honors as both a player and student. One of six players that played in
every game in 2006, Coach Olivera calls Sam the glue that holds the team
together. Sam is from Vallejo,
CA.
