Kari returns to the
Lions for her senior year as one of the best outfielders to play at
Patten. She made some of the most
incredible catches in centerfield that coaches from around the region
still talk about. Kari, nicknamed
“Chico’ by her teammates, has been a solid .300 hitter who can hit the
ball to all fields. She has great
speed at the plate as well as in the field. Kari was one of three Lions who received the NAIA Academic
All-American award in 2006. Kari
attended Butte CC prior to coming to Patten and is from Chico, CA.
